Pricing and Availability:

Vendors are responsible for setting the rental prices and availability for their goods and services. Vendors are responsible for ensuring their prices are competitive and accurate.

Vendors are responsible for reviewing and accepting or rejecting booking requests received through the App. Once a booking is accepted, the Vendor is obligated to provide the goods or services as per the agreed-upon terms.

Vendors are responsible for setting their own cancellation policies and clearly communicating them to Customers. Vendors should honor valid cancellation requests made by Customers.

Quality of Goods and Services:

Vendors are solely responsible for ensuring that the goods offered for rent are in good condition and that the services provided meet the agreed-upon standards. Zashn24 assumes no responsibility for the quality, safety, or legality of the goods or services offered by Vendors.

Ratings and Reviews:

Vendors may receive ratings and reviews from Customers. Vendors should respond to customer feedback in a professional and respectful manner. Zashn24 reserves the right to remove any ratings or reviews deemed to be offensive or inappropriate at any time.

Part 4: Relationship Between the App and Users

Platform Provider:

Zashn24 is solely a platform that facilitates the connection between Customers and Vendors for the rental of goods/services. Zashn24 is not a party to the rental transaction and assumes no responsibility for the quality, safety, or legality of the goods or services. No Agency Relationship: Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed to create any agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer, or franchisor-franchisee relationship between Zashn24 and any User (Customer or Vendor).

Communication:

All communication between Customers and Vendors through the App is their sole responsibility. Zashn24 is not obligated to monitor or mediate such communications.
